Abstract

A rapid change in the business environment requires an individual ability to be creative in decision making. This study aims to identify entrepreneurship determinants and their impact on business sustainability. This research is done by utilizing surveys and interviews as the data collection to selected banks in West Java Indonesia. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis of the Banks technical efficiency level was carried out in two stages, i.e. technical efficiency measurement with a non-parametric data envelopment analysis and technical efficiency level determinants analysis. The research found five entrepreneurship determinants, i.e.: innovation (4 indicators), organizational support (5 indicators), measurement (3 indicators), organizational development (3 indicators), an employee with entrepreneurship characteristics (6 indicators) and they are significantly affected business sustainability. For further research, suggestions are to examine more of the five determinants in relevant circumstances, and secondly to conduct experimental research to test those determinants in more complex situations.
