Abstract

The objective of this paper is to identify the significances of demographic factors like Age, Gender, Marital Status, Experience, Education and Income on employee engagement at telecom industry India. Data collected from employees working in telecom sector, India. Responses from 293 employees were statistically analyzed using appropriate quantitative analytical tools. According to the finding of ANOVA and T-tests, employee engagement vary with education, experience and age and in accordance with the results of Pearson Correlations, employee engagement having substantial relation with education, experience and age. On the other hand, in regression test to find the contributing factor of employee engagement education and gender turned out to be the factors of employee engagement.
