Usefulness of Maintaining the Medical History

Abstract

Today every person visits a hospital/chemist shop or any of the institutions related to the medical in his/her lifetime a number of times. When a child takes birth in a hospital then that is the first visit of a child to a hospital. Now he/she has to visit many doctors/hospitals/chemist shops for the treatment of his diseases or infection he/she acquires from the outer environment. All this record of visiting and treatment, medicine, charges paid for the medicine, treatment and consultation fee are recorded in the medical history of a person. So, with the use of this medical history genuineness of the doctors’ registration, medicines genuineness, rates of the medicines, revenue of the hospitals/ medical institutions/ chemist shops can be verified and if in case of any discrepancy required action can be taken against the malfunctioning of the particular system by the government. This technique will be very useful for the welfare of the public of a country and for the government it will be very much helpful to keep check on the working of the medical institutions and the related staff.
