Abstract

The essential preferences of this emerging nano gadget are high contraption thickness, low power dispersing, and higher clocking speed. In spite of the way that, various powerful calculating circuits are designed using QCA; still, there is a lot of progress expected to fulfill the design necessities of the nano circuit structures. In this manner, new techniques are proposed to beat the current ensnarements of a QCA structures to design the redesigned progressed circuits, to meet the nano circuit library requirements. The proposed design reasoning improves the speed of the circuit and restricts the circuit an area in a general sense, which is fundamental in the nano design technology.
