A STUDY ON EMPLOYEE ATTRITION IN INDIA CEMENTS

Abstract

The study includes finding the effectiveness of employee Attrition practices in India Cements Limited. In the human resource management refers to employees leaving the company. Attrition in a company also used to measure with a metric called attrition rate and its tells number of employees moving out of the company. The attrition rate is defined as employees leaving the company usually measured with a metric called attrition rate. For employees to be efficient, productive and adaptable, skills are required which can achieved through Calculating the Attrition effectively. The objective of the study is to study the effectiveness of employee attrition at India Cements Limited. Some respondents believe that the effective attrition will fulfill future needs and aspirations of employee in the organization.
