Abstract

Internet has made life easier as it had become the part of life. And while considering Hotel Industry, they generally maintain a website for show casing the facilities and services provided by them, they started planning to promote their website and to make an online presence and establishment of their brand online. The study explains the support that Hotel industry gained by promoting the services in online. The customer preference is also analysed which in turn assist the hotel industry to have a preference over the social media. The results obtained by the study shows that the factors like Images and Offers influence the people in website of the hotels. The study also concentrates on the factors that influence the people to become a loyal customer which includes the experience obtained by the customers from the hotel.
