Abstract

: Employee retention is a process in which the employees are encouraged to remain with the organization for the maximum period of time. The aim of the study is to evaluate the employee retention. This study focus on the providing the organisation a few suggestion to increase the employee retention. The primary and the secondary objectives are framed and the questionnaire is formulated. The research design is descriptive in nature and the data are collected through questionnaire. Survey of 80 respondents were used to go ahead in the research. Percentage analysis, chi-square, ANOVA  are the tools used. The findings of the study are given for every analysis individually. Among the various factor job security, career opportunity and working environment are found to be the most important factor which are consider to stay in the organization. The suggestions are provided by the analysis of the study which help the organization to retain their employee. Therefore this study concluded that by  implementing the suggestions the company can make their employee to retain for longer period in the future.
