“The Repercussions of Motivational Techniques on Productivity of Police Personnel’s with Special Reference to Pune City .”

Abstract

Progressive enhancement in the working mechanism of police personnels necessitates tremendous morale boosting techniques to be adopted by the police department. There is a dire need to include new motivational techniques and advancement in the existing ones to cope up with the changing environment. The researcher has undergone a study on 100 police personnels across Pune City for the present study. The present study will bring into light what impacts does various motivational techniques have on productivity and performance of police personnels in Pune City. Thus the current study will be tremendously beneficial and will significantly contribute to the body of knowledge by showcasing various morale enhancing techniques for better productivity and performance. At the end of the study the researcher will contribute substantially for the benefit of the department.
