Expression of Oneness in the Selected Poems of Thichnhathanh

Abstract

The present research paper highlights the experience of oneness, called advait in Indian philosophy, in the selected poems of ThichNhatHanh. In the current socio- psychological state of humanity, it has become imperative for man to enhance degree of awareness to save this planet. Due to experiencing such a state man can refrain from all kinds of identity politics. Therefore it is extremely beneficial for readers of literature to study such literature from multiple perspectives. Hence, in this research paper, two poems of ThichNhatHanh have been critically analysed by the researcher in the framework of concept of oneness as propounded and experienced by meditators all across the globe.
