Phytochemical Analysis, Antibacterial and Antioxidant Activity of Polyherbal Formulation
Abstract
The objectiveof the study was carried out antioxidant and antimicrobial activity of polyherbal formulation. To analyze the antimicrobial activity of polyherbal formulation was tested by a well diffusion method against three selected strain and which shows significant inhibitory action beyond all the tested strain. In addition, polyherbal formulationwas exhibited the dose dependent ?-amylase inhibitory activity with an IC50 value ofascorbic acid and formulation was found to 17.68 and 76.13 g/ml respectively indicating that polyherbal formulationwas promising effect on the antimicrobial and antioxidant activity.
