Abstract

This is a comparative study between Charles Dickens and Arundhati Roy, Charles Dickens and Arundhati Roy because the reasons they have become as social critics and social workers of their society are still relevant whether it is child labor, social injustice, Poverty or underprivileged in society. This is the reason we were a society many decades ago, while today we are still reading his writings. These commentaries and the writings of Charles Dickens and Arundhati Roy show a new perspective of psychological and sociological approaches to proposed research, with the objectives stated in the review. The objective of this study is 1. Detecting and focusing on incidents of ruthless harassment by the oppressors. 2) To study the attitude of Charles Dickens and Arundhati Roy and the sentiment for the poor going through tremendous hardship as a victim of economic exploitation and consequently hatred for merciless oppressors. 3) To explore the comparatively conflicting viewpoints of Charles Dickens and Arundhati Roy in their respective contemporary societies. 4) To show the influence and inevitable response of a sensible member of society to indiscriminate social practice. Dickens uses honest fiction and satirical unity in simple times and language The art of identity shows no indifference to the division of social evils in society while Arundhati Roy fights against her anger and makes people aware.Arundhati Roy's writing style incorporates group and mixed-use situations that focus on abstract situations and use new writing methods found in Rebel. He uses casting, class, gender n 'subtle methods.
