A STUDY ON QUALITY OF SOCIO ECONOMIC CONDITIONS AND ITS IMPLICATIONS ON QUALITY WORK LIFE OF SRILANKAN REFUGEES CAMP AT TIRUCHIRAPALLI

Abstract

           In the present world scenario, refugee is the major issue prevailing in every country. They are facing various problems in their lives in search of livelihood foe better life. The  first infuse began soon after the communal holocaust in July 1983 and continued until July 1987 when the Indo-Srilankan accord was signed .the second Eellam war  commenced in June 1990 and resulted in second wave of refugees .the third was begin in April 1995 add iced again refugees started coming to Tamil Nadu. Their condition of refugees people is an important phenomenon that can be observed in the present situations. Hence through this study effort to find out the problems and social economic conditions living and working conditions health and housing conditions of refugees people in Trichirappalli district.
