Analysis of solar water pumping system using incremental Maximum Power Point Tracking

Abstract

At present, renewable energy sources are rigorously exploited due to the fossil-fuel depletion and environmental
concern. Hence, the present paper deals with the solar photo voltaic energy sources i.e. one of the greenest
technologies for power production. Zeta converter and brush-less dc motor have been used for obtaining power output
from the solar panel. The zeta converter are used for smoothing the starting of brush-less dc motor. The voltage source
inverter is for switching through electrical commutation. The load characteristics for the maximum power transfer is
obtained by the Incremental Maximum Power Point Tracker (IMPPT) of solar radiation.
