Abstract

In the present research work, pure and copper doped iron tartrate crystals have been grown by the silica gel method by using a single diffusion method at room temperature. Harvested crystals were subjected to dielectric study and dc electric conductivity study. Dielectric measurements are taken by LCR meter and dc electric conductivity measurements taken by two probe method. The dielectric constant and dielectric loss decreases while ac conductivity increases as frequency increases. The dc electric conductivity of both the samples increases as the temperature increases.
