CONSUMERS PERSPECTIVE ON INDIA’S BORDER TRADE: MANIPUR EXPERIENCE

Abstract

The Consumers to begin to remedy deficiencies in the understanding of how the increased focus on service, even in manufacturing environments, relates to consumer desire for relationships. The role of relationships in both services and physical goods has taken on a new meaning that should be further explored. The Government has also push for liberalization in India economy. Manipur, one of the North-Eastern States of India, is blessed with a very unique scenic beauty and also a home to a rich cultural pattern. But the state is economically backward. However the people of the state are gaining a lot from International border trade through Indo-Myanmar border trade. And the present paper highlights the consumers perspective  of Manipuri towards the International Market at Namphalong (Myanmar) and Moreh (India Border Town). And the way the people are gaining through it.
