PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS ON MANUFACTURING COMPANY USING SIMPLE K-MEANS

Abstract

The performance of a manufacturing company is to produce the products, and to sell it. The manufacturing company taken for this study is based on the metal manufacturing. This study is to analyze and give solution about what can be done to increase the profit of the company. The production capacity of all the product, the sales of the produced products and the shipment mode used for the transportation are taken for consideration for this study. This study is done with the clustering technique known as simple k-means. It is an analysis which is used to make clusters to analyse the year for unsold products and the most frequently used shipment mode.
