This analysis is based upon the crime rate analysis during the year 2001 2012 in certain states and union territories. The main objective of this analysis is to identify the safest place for women and children and also to find when the crimes have took place the most. This is done to check if the crime against women and children is reduced and to take some remedial measures in the states that have high crime rate.
