Abstract

Engagement of workers is an essential push in a company to accomplish its primary goal. Engagement is the participation of workers with a deep interest in the values of the company. Employee engagement relates to collaborating alongside employees in the business context to produce good job success that contributes to the organization's efficiency. The objective of the present study is to analyze the relationship between employee engagement and Organization Performance. The present research article attempts to explore the effective ways in which employee engagement approaches can be implemented to improve Organization Performance. A total number of 83 respondents were included for the present study who were working in Top 5 IT Organizations in Bangalore.
