Performance Evaluation of Spray and Wait DTN Routing Protocol under Di?erent Mobility Models

  • Puneet Dwivedi, Ravi Singh Pippal

Abstract

This paper investigates the performance of spray and wait routing protocol under cluster movement, map based movement, map route movement, random direction, random waypoint and shortest path map based movement models. Delivery probability, overhead ratio, average latency, average hop count and average buffer occupancy metrics are used to evaluate the performance. The shortest path map based movement model has a high delivery probability as compare to other mobility models.
