Abstract

Pedagogical innovations have become very important in educational research around the world that aims to change both the goals and practices in education. The 21st century demands creative innovation that can be supported by use of information and communication technology (ICT) in learning teaching process.  The aim of education should be to improve the professional competence in order to improve the standard of education.  The study was unfolded in CNCSIS TE /282 Jul 2010.  Language teachers have always been concerned about the inadequacy of conventional methods of language teaching in educational systems.  As a result the language teaching pendulum is swinging from methods to post-method pedagogy although it still remains in motion.  This has resulted ingreater emphasis on the important role of techniques and technologies in language teaching.  The dual focus on both socio-cultural theories to second language acquisition (SLA) and improvements in technologies wins the attention of practitioners linguistics, curriculum designers and students as the major skate holders in applied linguistics.  Thus SLA research plays a key role in continuing theoretical development of TBLT (Task Based Learning & Teaching).  TBLT is increasingly becoming known for its distinct edge in developing learners functional competent.  Although its potential in promoting content learning has yet to be realised and explored, it should be high, given in TBLTs primary attention to meaning.  In recent discussions on the role of Teacher Vanden Branden 2016 highlighted threeroles: a mediator of students language development, a change agent, and a researcher contributing to the general understanding of TBLT as research pedagogy.  Apparently as the general understanding the TBLT grows, so do the expectations on the teacher.  It is clear that TBLT research on teachers has largely confined itself to observing teachers behavior or probing teachers perceptions with or without exploring their understanding of TBLT.  Without doubt, teachers ownunderstanding of TBLT is fundamental to the success of TBLT.  This paper explores the innovative and quite interestingmethods we have in teaching learning process.
