The Compensation and its impact on Work Performance among the Casual Workers in Sidco Industrial Estate, Kakkalur

Abstract

The study aimed to know the impact of Compensation on Work Performance among the Casual Workers of various Industries in Sidco Industrial Estate- Kakkalur, Thiruvallur District. The empirical study was conducted to find the relationship between Compensation and Work Performance. The response from 93 respondents were received and analyzed for the study. The result of the study shows that the Performance of the Casual Workers is not only based monetary compensation received and the expectations about Job Guarantee in the future.
