A STUDY ON SATISFACTION LEVEL OF POLICYHOLDERS OF LIC OF INDIA WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO PERAMBALUR DISTRICT

Abstract

The research was tries to understand the satisfaction level of policyholders of LIC of India. Descriptive research design was adopted. The study was conducted in Perambalur district. Sample size was conveniently selected 454 policyholders. The analysis found that there is significant difference towards awareness and policyholders satisfaction with respect to demographic profile of the policyholders.
