Abstract

 The background setting of this paper is described in terms of how leadership influences the mindset of the working employees in an organisation. The paper focuses on the fact that there is a noticeable relationship between the managers leadership style towards the employees performance. This paper also focuses on different styles of leadership prominently prevailing in most of the industries. The leadership style plays an important role as it may escalate or deteriorate an employees performance.
