Impact of Disclosure Practices on Financial Performance of Sun Pharmaceutical Industry Limited

Abstract

Proper Corporate Governance is needed to prevent the corporate scams and frauds in the corporate world. The practices of corporate governanceaffect the financial activities and performance of the business firms. The present research work is based on corporate governance score and financial performance. The objective of the study is to know the impact of disclosure practices on financial performance of Sun pharmaceutical Industry Limited. For the study five years data has been applied and to know the impact of corporate governance on financial performance regression has been applied. The study shows that there is significant impact of disclosure practices on EPS but the study reveals that corporate governance does not have significant impact on sales and Return on Assets.
