Abstract

The objective of present work is to evaluate groundnut shell as potent inducer of cellulases by screened bacterial strains. Bacterial strains were grown under Solid State Fermentation(SSF) in monoculture and coculture conditions. Jeotgalibacillus marinus, Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus subtilis(V2) produced significant cellulose in solid state fermentation. Coculture fermentation results of Jeotgallibacillus marinus and Bacillus sp. V2 was best producers
