Effect of Aluminum and Chromium doping on the structural properties of U-type Hexaferrite
The present study includes the formation of Aluminum and Chromium doped U-type hexaferrite with chemical composition Ba4Cr2-xAlxFe36O60 (x=0.0 and 0.10) using sol gel technique. The structural chattels were explored using X-ray diffraction and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy. XRD confirms that crystalline size lies in nano range. The protuberant peak near 500-600 cm-1 in FTIR designates for the creation of hexaferrite.
