Condition monitoring and performance enhancement of solar refrigeration systems through the development of data acquisition system
The production of most of the systems that use solar power for refrigeration purposes are in small scale. However, there is a necessity of large cooling capacity plants that are operated using solar energy to preserve the available natural resources. In this paper, refrigeration unit works by utilizing the solar energy is designed. The solar refrigeration system has gained interest to many researches due to its advantages of eco-friendly and less consumption of traditional energy sources. A system solely depends on the solar energy consumption is important for developing countries because clean energy and reduction of fossil fuel and conventional power grids will be reduced. The present study focus on developing an intelligent refrigeration system utilizes the solar energy for cooling the system temperature below to the environment temperature as well as reduction on harmful effects on environment and to reduce the load on the power grids.
